New Mexico State Director

     If you are receiving this email, you are entered into the 2024 Whole Enchilada.

     You will receive updates as we approach the event date.

Coaches/Managers:

     Only online approved players will be able to play - NO WRITE IN'S ALLOWED. Roster deadline will be 4 October, 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Coaches/Managers/Players:

     You will be hitting with our bats - bats provided - ONYX - and hitting Whole Enchilada Logo balls which you must purchase before you play. Balls will be available 3 October -\to the end of the event for $70.00 a dozen or $7.00 each - ONYX Energy Classic M/W - at Harty Park.

     This means pure softball - your team against the other team.

Camping:

     Camping permits available at Harty Park, noon, 3 October at Harty Park, $10.00 RV, $5.00 Tent a day (not night) - Las Cruces City Ordinance. All campers must have permit displayed at all times or RV's will be towed and or tents taken down. This happened last year, 2 RV's were towed, so it is no joke. Camping is open in designated areas on a first come first served basis - no reservations. No early camping allowed.

Conduct:

     New Mexico USSSA has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - Fighting will result in a one year suspension for entire roster including players who are on roster but were not there. Last year a player who did not like the policy got ejected before the tournament even started - new record! Know who you are playing with - alcohol, drugs, and fatigue can lead to bad decisions. Our staff are the toughest ones at the park - 911 - and will not hesitate to remove players/fans. Fans are a part of your team and if they are out of control, call timeout and alert a Tournament Director.

Teams and Staff:

     We have teams and staff from NM, TX, AZ, LA, NE, UT, CO, FL, OK, and CA. A great mix and lots of fun to play in this event.
